All rights, including copyright, in the content of giftImp.com and any photographs which may appear on the website and all database rights in giftImp.com’s database, are owned or controlled for these purposes by giftImp.com or the party credited as the poster of the information and may be used for advertising, marketing and promotions.

The copyright of all images shall be owned by giftImp.com and by submitting an image the user hereby assign all such copyright to giftImp.com.

 

 

You will not be able to change your link image once it is uploaded until the link renewal date.

 

Link subscriptions last for one year, a renewal notice will be sent out one month before the expiry date.

 

giftImp.com may make changes to any gift ideas that you suggest. giftImp.com will not accept any obscene, offensive or adult images.

 

Ideas or links which are not seen as acceptable or appropriate will be denied and is completely at the discretion of giftImp.com.

 

Once the link is uploaded it will be reviewed for approval, and once approved an invoice for the link will be sent via paypal to the given email. If payment is not received within seven days the link will be deleted.

 

By submitting a link to an idea you are agreeing to the specifications that relate to the idea.

 

Once payment is received, you will not get a refund for any reason. Your link will not be deleted until the subscription period has expired.

 

You must have the authority and permission to upload the images and/or links you provide to giftImp.com.

 

If you log on to or use any part of the website you agree to these conditions. If you do not agree to these conditions, do not use this website.

 

You will ensure that your website will not at any time during the term contain material that is defamatory; offensive; obscene; racist; contains adult content; breaches any person's rights; is otherwise objectionable, or contrary to applicable law.

 

giftImp.com reserves the right, without notice, to suspend, disable or otherwise make unavailable the link (together with any and all content made available to users by means of that link) should giftImp.com in its sole discretion suspect that you or users of your website are or threaten to: (1) undertake unlawful extraction and/or reutilisation of the content made available on the website: (2) engage in activities that are in breach of the Database Regulations 1997, the website terms & conditions, or (3) undertake activities using the link that are otherwise objectionable.
